Terms & Conditions
Rates given are per night, based on a two night minimum stay (3 night minimum during Holidays and Festivals) and do not include sales tax.
A $150 cleaning fee applies to all stays
Full payment is due 30 days in advance; your credit card will be charged if payment or cancellation notice is not received.
Upon booking and payment of your $200 non-refundable reservation deposit, you will be sent a confirmation letter and directions.
Cancellations or changes made more than 30 days in advance will be charged a cancellation fee. (Reservation Deposit)
Reservation deposit will be refunded upon cancellation (more than 30 days) only if facility gets re-booked for those dates.
Cancellations or changes made less than 30 days in advance will forfeit the full amount paid, however if the Ranch can be re-booked for those dates, your payment will be
refunded less the cancellation fee. (your Deposit)
Check-In is 3:00pm and Check-Out is 12 noon. Please no early check-ins unless Ok'd by owner. Check out time is FIRM, unless you have prior approval by the owner.
Please NO pets and NO smoking! Violation of this policy will result in additional charges.
