Rates given are per night, based on a two night minimum stay (3 night minimum during Holidays and Festivals) and do not include sales tax.
Note: A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for a two night stay. No cleaning fee for 3 nights or more.
Full payment is due 30 days in advance; your credit card will be charged if payment or cancellation notice is not received.
Upon booking and payment of your $150 non-refundable reservation deposit, you will be sent a confirmation letter and directions.
Cancellations or changes made more than 30 days in advance will be charged a cancellation fee. (Reservation Deposit)
Cancellations or changes made less than 30 days in advance will forfeit the full amount paid, however if the Ranch can be re-rented a refund will be made up to the amount of the new booking, less the cancellation fee. (your Deposit)
Check-In is 3:00pm and Check-Out is 11:00am. Late checkouts will be charged an additional night, unless you have prior approval by the owner.
Please NO pets and NO smoking! Violation of this policy will result in additional charges.
